5 min

The window where a new lead is most likely to answer. Reply inside it and you're up to 21× more likely to qualify the lead than if you wait 30 minutes.

Here's the opening: only 9% of brokerages actually respond within that 5-minute window. Beat them to it and the lead is usually yours.

Leads go cold fast.

You're showing a house, in a closing, or asleep. Meanwhile a lead fills out a form — and 78% of buyers end up working with the first agent who replies. Every minute you wait, the odds drop hard.

Leadnook helps you catch that window. The moment a lead comes in, it drafts a reply in seconds, sounds like your team, and helps keep the conversation moving toward a booked tour.

How it works

From new lead to booked tour — without the chase.

Three steps run automatically, around the clock. You step in only when there's a real, ready buyer to talk to.

Step 01

A lead comes in

Someone inquires on Zillow, an ad, or your site. Leadnook catches it instantly — day or night, weekend or not.

Step 02

It texts & qualifies them

A friendly text goes out in seconds, then it asks the questions that matter: timeline, area, budget, pre-approval.

Step 03

It books & hands off

Ready buyers get a time on your calendar. You get an alert with everything you need to walk in and close.

See it in action

Watch it work a lead — start to booked.

A new lead comes in, gets a reply drafted in seconds, gets qualified, and — with your okay — a booked tour. The whole flow, in about 20 seconds.

Why agents use it

Less chasing. More closing.

First reply ready in seconds, 24/7

A lead at 11pm gets a reply ready at 11pm. You never lose another deal because you were busy living your life.

Filters out the time-wasters

Tire-kickers, wrong area, just browsing — screened out automatically. You only spend time on people who are real.

Sounds like you, not a robot

Warm, natural texts in your team's name. Leads feel looked after — not spammed by an obvious auto-responder.

Helps you book straight to your calendar

Less back-and-forth. When a time is agreed, it lands on your calendar with a heads-up alert so you walk in ready.
